Ordered food and desert 2 x chocolate fudge cake with no cream. Unfortunately, without contacting me when the food arrived and I opened the order I had been sent 2 x cheesecake. I rang UK pizza to be told that there was no chocolate fudge cake only cheesecake I asked why I had not been contacted regarding not been able to fulfill my order. Instead of just sending me 2 x portions of cheesecake that I certainly had not ordered instead of refunding my money. Alternative I was offered was Oreo or another cheesecake despite me stating we don’t like cheesecake and how much it had now cost me for something we dont even eat. The cheesecake looked very dry too. Very disappointed with this poor customer service from you guys tonight which I have to say normally we have no issues.

Not happy with the quality of our order tonight. Very small portions, salad was all soggy and pitta was dry. Not the usual standard we normally receive. Disappointed!!

I ordered 2 Chicken Kebabs and one Mixed Kebab, at a cost of £39, We used to buy these regularly and the chicken tasted lovely. We stopped buying them due to then chicken tasting funny, now the chicken is very chewy and when biting into some of the pieces they were rubbery, I had to check to see if they had been cooked as it was if the meat was raw. I will not be buying these again and I will save my money.
